1. **Lawful Relationship:** You acknowledge that these Terms of Use establish a lawful broker-consumer relationship. This relationship does not create a formal representation agreement or impose any financial obligations on you.
2. **Personal, Non-Commercial Use Only:** You certify that you have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being offered through this VOW. You agree that any property data, historical solds, prices, and images provided are strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. **No Data Scraping or Redistribution:** You agree not to copy, redistribute, retransmit, or scrape any part of the MLS® System Data. You may not use any automated software, bots, or web-scrapers to extract information from this platform.
4. **Proprietary Rights:** You acknowledge that the MLS® System Data, including all listing descriptions, historical solds, and photographs, is the proprietary, copyrighted property of ITSO and its participating member associations. 
5. **Security and Access:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal login credentials. You agree not to permit any third party to access this system using your account.
6. **Board Monitoring:** You acknowledge and consent that ITSO, CREA, and local real estate boards have the right to monitor access to this website to ensure compliance with MLS® rules, security policies, and privacy legislation (PIPEDA).
